What is stored in your browser and when optional measurement runs. Updated 15 October 2026.
Your choice
Optional analytics and performance measurement are off until you choose “Allow measurement”. “Reject optional” is equally available. Browsing and enquiries work with either choice. You can reopen “Privacy choices” in the footer at any time. Changing to reject reloads the page to stop previously loaded measurement scripts; this does not undo aggregate data already sent. We use this opt-in approach without assuming that every cookieless tool is exempt from privacy requirements.
Preference storage
The site stores “zenith-privacy-choice” in local storage on this browser, containing only the policy version, measurement choice and expiry time. It lasts up to 180 days and is checked on subsequent visits. It is not an advertising identifier and is not sent to our enquiry endpoint. Clearing browser storage removes the choice. If storage is blocked, optional measurement remains off. We do not store draft enquiries in local storage or cookies.
Optional Vercel measurement
After permission, Vercel Web Analytics measures visits and limited interactions; Speed Insights measures loading, responsiveness and layout stability. These services are designed without third-party tracking cookies; Web Analytics uses a short-lived request-derived hash rather than a permanent visitor cookie. Technical browser/device information and approved page paths may be processed. Our integration removes query strings and fragments, skips unknown paths, and excludes enquiry content and contact details. Their optional status still requires your choice here.
Security and essential processing
Hosting and form-abuse prevention are separate from optional measurement. Cloudflare Turnstile is used on enquiry forms and processes technical signals. Turnstile pre-clearance, if enabled by the operator, can issue a cf_clearance security cookie; other hosting or firewall protections may also issue security cookies when a challenge is necessary. Their actual presence and duration depend on provider configuration. Rejecting measurement does not disable these security controls. A failed security check offers email and telephone alternatives.
Links and browser controls
There are no embedded advertising, social-feed, video or map widgets. External links open third-party sites with their own policies.
