Free enquiries
Browsing the site and submitting a partnership enquiry are free. There is no checkout, subscription purchase, deposit or paid reservation on this website, so an enquiry creates no charge to refund. You can stop an enquiry conversation or withdraw data-processing consent by contacting hello@zenitharabia.tech.
Separately agreed products or work
If you later enter into a separate paid agreement, the identified supplier must provide the scope, price, payment terms, cancellation conditions and refund arrangements before commitment. Those arrangements and applicable mandatory law govern that transaction. This page does not impose a blanket “no refunds” rule, invent a paid service, or replace your signed terms.
Statutory rights and requests
Any cancellation, withdrawal, refund or remedy available under applicable Saudi consumer or e-commerce law remains unaffected. Eligibility and exceptions depend on the transaction and whether goods or services have been used or supplied. To raise a billing or cancellation concern about a separate agreement, email hello@zenitharabia.tech with the agreement or invoice reference and a short explanation. Do not send full payment-card details. We will assess the request against that agreement and applicable rights; no arbitrary fee or deadline is created by this page.
